Betty Jean Hofstetter, 83, of Moores Hill passed away Sunday, June 17, 2018 at Highpoint Health in Lawrenceburg. Betty was born Wednesday, February 20, 1935, in Cincinnati, OH the daughter of Gladys Mae Yontz. She married Joseph D. Hofstetter March 3, 1955, and he survives. Betty was a homemaker. She was of the Mormon faith and attended Lawrenceburg Ward of LDS.
Betty is survived by her husband: Joseph, son: J. Daniel (Petra) Hofstetter of Cincinnati, OH, daughters: Karen Hofstetter-Becker of Dry Ridge, KY, Diane Rene Hofstetter-Phillips of Hebron, KY , Rhea D. Hopstetter-Roy of Moores Hill, 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother: Robert Yontz.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, June 22, 2018 at Sibbett-Moore Funeral Home with Bishop Stephen Page officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery, Moores Hill. Visitation will be 12–1 pm., Friday, June 22, 2018 also at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to donor’s choice.
