Margaret K "Peggy" Hudepohl

Margaret K. (Peggy) Hudepohl, 91 years old, of Milan passed away Saturday, July 8, 2017 at her home. Peggy was born November 2, 1925 in Covington, KY,  the daughter of Peter and Anna (Moning) Duffy. She married May 17, 1947 and is survived by her loving husband of 70 years, Walter H. Hudepohl.

She was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church, Right to Life and Big Family Anonymous.  Peggy was an amazing woman who modeled unconditional love for all and who was loved by many! 

Peggy is survived by husband: Walter H. Hudepohl; children: Vincent (Sylvia) Hudepohl; Jean (Bill) Hicks; Rosemary (David) Carter; John (Hollis) Hudepohl; Theresa (Victor) Ferneding; Jenny (Chuck) Day; Thomas (Kathi) Hudepohl; Nancy (Dan) Denhart; Lois (Greg) Bogenschutz Kremer; Walter (Anne) Hudepohl; Virginia (Robert) Sinkhorn. Sister: Alice Heilman; sister-in-law: Ann Duffy.  She had over 100 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.   Preceded in death by her parents, four brothers: Paul (Virginia), Jim, Patrick (Ruth), Thomas Duffy and four sisters: Eileen (Richard) Ormond, Shiela (Don) Flaherty, Joan (Jerry) Hentz, Dorothy (Joe) Nolan.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:30PM on Friday July 14, 2017 at St. Nicholas Church 6461 East St. Nicholas Drive Sunman, IN 47041. Father Frank Eckstein will officiate.  Burial will follow in St. Charles Cemetery at Milan. Family will receive guests at Peggy’s  Celebration of Life reception following the burial (3:30pm to 7:00pm) at St. Charles Catholic Church Hall, 201 W.
