       Barbara Edith (Bitter) Jungkunz, 90, of Milan, formerly of Cincinnati passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at her home with her family by her side. Barbara was born the oldest of nine children on Tuesday, August 6, 1935, in Hamilton, Ohio; daughter of Ervin John Bitter and Dorothy (Wurth) Bitter. Barbara worked as a merchandiser at Gibson Greeting. She enjoyed flowers, gardening, and going antiquing.


       Barbara will be missed by her daughter Jennifer (Rob) Schlotterbeck; two grandsons; 3 great-grandchildren; and siblings Nancy Blum, Judy (Bob) Dulose, and John (Peggy) Bitter.


       Barbara was preceded in death by her parents Ervin and Dorothy Bitter; husband Louis C. Jungkunz; and siblings Shirley Klems, Lois Ann Verderber, Ervin J. Bitter, Mary Lou Uthus, and Timothy Bitter.


       There are no funeral services at this time. Memorials may be given in honor of Barbara to American Cancer Society.
