Christopher Boyd Barnett

            Christopher Boyd Barnett, 36, of Fairfield, Ohio passed away Saturday, January 18, 2020 at home.  Christopher was born Monday, January 2, 1984 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of Boyd and Jayna (Ryle) Barnett.  Christopher worked in construction doing blacktopping.  He graduated form Batesville High School in 2002.  He enjoyed music, country backroad cruising, eating good food, action movies, playing pool, playing Mafia City, and was a football fan.  He enjoyed hanging out with his friends and making people laugh, loved his dogs especially “Wilbur” and enjoyed spending time with family.

            Christopher is survived by his father Boyd Barnett; mother Jayna Ryle (Bobby Buckhave) of Fairfield, Ohio; parental grandmother Amanda Stout; brothers: Joe (Amy) Ryle of Versailles and Curtis Barnett (Holly Eshelman); nephews and nieces: Corbin, Brady, Alex, Whitney, Curtis & Holly, Curtis Bryson, Ismael, Isaias, Ariana, Bianca and Mersadies.  He was preceded in death by his grandmother Estella Sawyers, cousins, other family members, and friends.

            A service celebrating his life will be held 2 PM Saturday, January 25 at Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home in Milan with Pastor Charlie Miller officiating.  Burial will follow in South Sparta Cemetery.  Family and friends may gather to share and remember him 12 - 2 PM Saturday also at the funeral home.  Memorials may be given in honor of Christopher to the family.  Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements, 707 S Main Street, Box 243, Milan, IN 47031, (812)654-2141.  You may go to www.lawscarrmoore.com to leave an online condolence message for the family.
