Felicia Virginia Fraasman, 31, of Dillsboro passed away Tuesday, February 22, 2022 due to a car accident. Felicia was born on Thursday, December 6, 1990 at Dearborn County Hospital in Lawrenceburg, Indiana; daughter of Shannan (Thompson) and Harold Fraasman Sr. Felicia worked for Advantage Home Health Care as a QMA. She was a very social person and loved being with family and friends, especially her children.

          Felicia will be missed by her parents, Shannan and Harold Fraasman Sr.; her children Alexander, Allyson, and Jaydin Powell; brother Buddie (Kaycee Steele) Fraasman all of Milan; and sister Samatha Keith of Amelia, Ohio.

          Felicia was preceded in death by her grandparents.

          Family and friends may gather in remembering Felicia from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home in Milan. A service will immediately follow at 1:00 PM with Pastor Ron Ewell officiating. Burial will take place in New Craven Cemetery.
