Frances “Gail” Ent (80) of Milan, IN. formerly of Pendleton County passed away on Monday, October 9, 2023, at her residence. Gail was born in Hazard, KY on December 9, 1942, the daughter of the late Warren and Eliza Diamond.

     Gail was a member of Hope Baptist in Dillsboro, Indiana, and worked several years as a realtor and meter maid in Newport, KY. She worked security at many different stores and was the owner/operator of several businesses including the Morning Dove Bakery located in Falmouth, KY.

     In addition to her parents, Gail is preceded in death by her husband George Ent, daughter Liz Maggard, and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughter Dawn (David) Negangand, son John (Betty) Downton, brother Clifford Diamond, grandchild Jackie (Jim) Morehead, and great-grandchild James Morehead.

     Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Gail’s final resting place will be in the Oakland Cemetery in Pendleton County. Peoples Funeral Home will be assisting the family.
