Glenn Franklin Walters, 85, of Greendale passed away Thursday, December 21, 2023 at Ripley Crossing. Glenn was born on Thursday, November 24, 1938 in Leechburg, Pennsylvania; son of Leonard and Joanne (Schaeffer) Walters. Glenn married the love of his life Dorothy (Ryals) Walters on September 25, 1959, and she preceded him on April 2, 2014. Glenn worked as an area manager of Ashland Oil for Greendale and Louisville locations. Glenn’s passion was auto racing and even had his own racing crew, Walter’s Racing.

       Glenn will be greatly missed by his sons Scott (Annette) Walters of Aurora and Terry (Cindy) Walters of Ashland, Kentucky; 4 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.

       Glenn was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Walters; brother Claire Walters; and sister Helen Walters.

       There are no services. Memorials may be given in honor of Glenn to the Donor’s Choice.
