Michael "Mike" Lickun Obituary

            Michael “Mike” J. Lickun, 54, of Moores Hill passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2022 at Cincinnati Veterans Medical Center, Cincinnati, Ohio. Mike was born on Thursday, September 28, 1967 in New York City, New York; son of Vincent and Patricia (Killeen) Lickun. Mike proudly served our country in the U.S. Navy for four years. He worked for Miba Bearings in Greensburg as a maintenance mechanic. Mike was an avid hockey fan, being a season ticket holder for the Cyclones. He dearly loved his animals and enjoyed his job, woodworking, and model trains.

            Mike will be missed by his life partner Marla Ratliff of Moores Hill, Indiana; mother Patricia Lickun of Virginia Beach, Virginia; sister Dolores Ware (Steven) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; nephew Timothy Ware of Virginia Beach, Virginia; and niece Emily Ware of Virginia Beach, Virginia.

            Mike was preceded in death by his father Vincent Lickun.

            A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be given in honor of Mike to Stray Animals Adoption Program (SAAP) @ www.adoptastray.com.
