William "Billy" Cutter

                                                                               “Cutter Strong”

       William “Billy” Cutter, 55, of Dillsboro passed away Thursday, July 13, 2023 at his home with his loving family by his side. Billy was born on Sunday, April 14, 1968 in Lawrenceburg; son of Carroll and Ruby (Ricketts) Cutter. Billy married the love of his life, Melody (Raisor) Cutter on September 7, 1991, and she survives. Billy worked at Ford Motor Company in Sharonville, Ohio as a Millwright for 23 years and was a member of the United Auto Workers #863. Billy loved to go on razor rides, fishing, hunting, traveling, and camping. Billy loved to go to work and loved his pets. He most of all cherished spending time with his friends and family.

       Billy will be missed by his wife, Melody Cutter of Dillsboro; son Mason (Sydney) Cutter of Farmers Retreat; daughter Katlynn (Michael Marley) of Versailles; and grandchildren Cooper Marley, Myla Cutter, Sophie Marley, and Sawyer Marley.

       Billy was preceded in death by his parents Carroll and Ruby Cutter; brother Ricky Dale Cutter; and sisters Melody Barber and Mary Kephart.

       Family and friends may gather in remembering Billy from 5:00-7:00 PM, Friday, July 21, 2023 at the Filter-DeVries-Moore Funeral Home in Dillsboro. A service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, July 22, 2023. Burial will take place in Oakdale Cemetery. Memorials may be given in honor of Billy to the family.
